If you are unsatisfied with your frame purchase from apolloeyes.com, we will accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Each returned frame is subject to a $15 restocking fee. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges. Please contact info@apolloeyes.com to inform us that you will be returning the item. All returned items must be sent through an Insured Carrier with Signature Confirmation.
If you purchased a frame with customized lenses:
If you are unsatisfied with your frame and prescription lens purchase from PaulVosheront.com, we will accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the amount you paid for the frame less a $15 restocking fee. We will also refund 50% of the amount you paid for the customized lenses. If you cancel your order while it is in process, there will be a 35% non-refundable fee on your lenses. Please contact info@apolloeyes.com to inform us that you will be returning the item. All returned items must be sent through an Insured Carrier with Signature Confirmation.
If you purchased a frame with prescription lenses:
If you are unsatisfied with your frame and prescription or customized lens purchase from PaulVosheront.com, we will accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. We will refund the amount you paid for the frame less a $15 restocking fee. All prescription lenses are non-refundable. If you cancel your order while it is in process, there will be a 35% non-refundable fee on your lenses. Please contact info@apolloeyes.com to inform us that you will be returning the item. Lenses are prepared according to the prescription you provide. If you need your lenses redone with a different prescription or customization, we will redo your lenses at half price (50% off) within 60 days of your order delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase from Apolloeyes.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES:
We will waive the restocking fee if you need to exchange your stock frame. If there is a difference in price, we will either credit or debit the difference. Please email us at info@apolloeyes.com to discuss an exchange for your customized order.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right!
REFUNDS:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@apolloeyes.com.
